Service animals are allowed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

All guests are subject to be identified. Only government issued ID’s will be accepted (driver’s license, identification cards, passports). Any expired identification will not be accepted. Physical ID must be presented to (No printed or digital copies).

All guests entering the venue must be over the age of 21.

AYU DAYCLUB ONLY: Appropriate swimwear and/or cover-ups are required. Shorts and flip-flops are welcome. Please note that undergarments may not be worn as swimwear, and see-through or overly risqué clothing is not permitted. Jeans, pants, and work boots are not allowed. For everyone’s safety, guests may not swim or sunbathe while fully clothed.

ZOUK NIGHTCLUB ONLY: Inappropriate attire includes, but is not limited to, athletic wear, shorts, tank tops, jerseys, cut-off shirts, sweatpants, baggy clothing, overly ripped or soiled clothing, offensive prints, and items displaying illegal paraphernalia. All purses or bags larger than a standard clutch or fanny pack are prohibited. Management reserves all rights.

AYU DAYCLUB ONLY: Yes, food is available for purchase.

ZOUK NIGHTCLUB ONLY: Food is not available within Zouk Nightclub.

The venue has zero tolerance for lewd behavior or the use or possession of drugs or illegal substances.

Failure to comply with policies will result in immediate removal from the property.

Door time varies by event. Please check the event listing for the most up-to-date door time.

Upon arrival, guests will be directed to the appropriate line based on their type of entry. Our security team will be on hand to assist and answer any questions throughout the entry process. Guests are subject to ID verification and bag checks prior to entry.

All lost and found items are turned in to Hotel Security at the end of operating hours. Guests who have misplaced an item should check with Hotel Security for assistance.

Marijuana products are strictly prohibited on the property.

Rideshare is located on Goh Tong Way near the guest parking garage and a short walk past the box office to the south entrance. Pick up and Drop off location is labeled “Ayu Dropoff”

Lockers are available for purchase.

Yes. Sunscreen is permitted as long as the container is 20 oz or smaller. Both spray and lotion sunscreen are allowed.

Table reservations include areas for guests to store personal items.

Bag check is available for guests upon entry for a fee. Prices are subject to change.

Professional photography and videography are not permitted unless approved in advance by the venue. Any professional equipment that has not been pre-approved will not be permitted inside the venue.

All guests, bags, and personal items are subject to search prior to entry. For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not permitted:

• Backpacks or large bags (all purses or bags larger than a standard clutch size or fanny pack are prohibited)
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Controlled substances or marijuana products in any form (including vapes and edibles)
• Outside food
  Drinks or liquids (including water bottles)
• Gum, mints, or breath strips
• Vitamins or supplements
• Eye drops or nasal sprays
• Over-the-counter or prescription medications
• Chain wallets
• Tablets or laptops
• Professional cameras
• GoPros or wearable recording devices
• Selfie sticks
• Colognes or perfumes
• Chewing tobacco
• Party props
• NOTE: Prescription medication may be permitted in certain circumstances if it is medically necessary and kept in its original, unexpired, unaltered container with the name matching the guest’s government-issued photo ID. Please speak with a Security Supervisor at Bag Check for questions or assistance.

If you wish to deposit a prohibited item before entering the venue, please request a Security Supervisor before proceeding through security or the bag check. Any prohibited items discovered will be confiscated and disposed of by management (without compensation). This applies even if the guest is denied entry or removed from the venue.

Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated areas only. Please note that vape juice and juice cartridges are not permitted.

Seating can be reserved through bottle service with a minimum spend. Visit the “Book” tab on the Zouk Nightclub website to view available options and make your reservation.

Bottle service includes your own reserved table and seating, along with dedicated cocktail service and a busser throughout the night. Enjoy the event comfortably from your private space while taking in the atmosphere and having a view of the headliner.

Your reserved table is yours for the duration of the event.

Bottle service pricing and guest capacity vary depending on the event date and the performer. We recommend checking the specific event for the most up-to-date pricing and reservation details.

Yes! Guests with table reservations have access to a dedicated entry. Please look for the “VIP Table Reservations” sign upon arrival.

Yes! Table reservations can be made under any name. All guests must present a valid form of identification upon entry.

Yes! Cash is accepted as a form of payment. Cash payments will be collected at the time of the order.

• All taxes, service charges, and gratuities are additional and are not included in the initial bottle service price.

Table reservations are final and non-refundable.
