This month, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, an institution since 2002, makes its Las Vegas debut, and to celebrate the occasion, Resorts World Las Vegas is hosting Indulge: A Week of Food, Culture and Entertainment from June 3-7. The events and collaborations promise evenings you will not want to miss.

At RedTail, Not a Damn Chance Burger will take over from 5-10 p.m. on June 4-5, a collaboration between skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee. This is a wagyu cheeseburger you do not want to miss, not to mention the beast-style fries.

Wally’s Wine & Spirits hosts a mixology masterclass from Brandon Fay from 4-6 p.m. on June 5. In addition to amazing cocktails, Fay will demonstrate the art of charcuterie preparation in real time.

For more spirits enjoyment, head to Eight Lounge on June 6 for a Glenfiddich Scotch tasting experience from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., with small bites from Nicole Brisson, executive chef for Brezza and Bar Zazu. That night’s cigar pairing: Liga Privada H99 Robusto.

Also on June 6, Ray Garcia (whose ¡VIVA! cuisine is pictured at left) and Brisson collaborate on an unforgettable dinner featuring Mexican influences. Get ready to sample delights like an Osetra caviar tamal; diver scallop aguachile with serrano, apple, pichuberry and ice plant; caracoles—burgundy snails with mole verde, chochoyotes and salsa seca; pozole verde; Heritage Farms goat birria with fresh-pressed tortillas; and dulce de leche panna cotta.

Another dining must is at RedTail, where L.A. restaurant Camphor brings its popular monthly Steak Frites night on June 6-7. In addition to great food, the takeover will feature musicians, entertainers and more.

Chifa, a family-owned Los Angeles restaurant, takes over for the night at FUHU on June 7, serving up Chinese-Peruvian-inspired cuisine, including Trinity Fried Rice (created in collaboration with singer, songwriter and actress Solange), black pepper shrimp and more.

Also on June 7, head to Zouk Nightclub, where Humberto Leon, former co-creative director of Kenzo and co-founder of Opening Ceremony, celebrates his birthday.
