## ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Don Toliver is an award-winning, top-charting Houston-bred artist who delves in and out of genres to build all-engulfing worlds that are incomparable to any other. Whether soundtracking films, collaborating with peers like Travis Scott and Justin Bieber, or offering narrative-driven projects like _Heaven or Hell_ [2020], _Life of a DON_ [2021], _Love Sick_ [2023], and _Hardstone Psycho_ [2024], Don is a force in a lane all his own between hip-hop and cinematic R&B. Now, he’s back with _OCTANE_. Toliver’s fifth studio album is an explorative, grounding project that takes the listener on a full speed ride to the present, urging the listener to be present and enjoy life. Come along for the latest soundtrack to the adventure of life, which is ultimately “a long drive to a beautiful destination.”

"description": "Singer/rapper Don Toliver established himself with a unique blend of vocal-driven trap. The Houstonian was catapulted to international recognition in 2018 with a featured role on \"Can't Say,\" a Top 40 U.S. pop hit off Travis Scott's Astroworld LP. Signed to Scott's Cactus Jack label, Toliver joined Scott and Sheck Wes on the 2019 collaborative project JackBoys, a number-one hit, and crashed the Top Ten as a solo artist with 2020's Heaven or Hell. Toliver has had continued Top Ten success with his second and third albums, Life of a DON (2021) and the opulent, star-studded Love Sick (2023)",
