DUSTIN FANGMAN
Executive Director of Sales at Zouk Group, Dustin leads a team driving 10 years of sales industry in Las Vegas. His background spans Topgolf, Hakkasan, and AREA15, with a focus on unforgettable guest experiences. A proud WSU alum, he’s also a father, dog dad, and wine lover who believes relationships matter just as much at home as in business.
Michelle O’Hala
Director of Sales with 30+ years in hospitality, Michelle has led teams at Fontainebleau, Cosmopolitan, Tao Group, and Morton’s. A certified yoga instructor and Ayurveda nutritionist, she brings mindfulness to her leadership. She’s also active in community outreach and leadership training, inspiring teams through purpose and passion.
Michael Stephens
Director of Event Services at Zouk Group, Michael has 20+ years in nightlife and events, including roles at Hard Rock and AREA15. Known for creative vision and seamless execution, he elevates every guest experience. Outside of work, he’s a pickleball enthusiast and dog dad who loves relaxing with his two pups.
Kara Oyama
Associate Director of Event Services at Zouk Group, Kara brings experience from AREA15, Hakkasan, Tao Group, and more. Raised in Oahu, she blends island creativity with operational excellence to craft standout events. A dog lover and bookworm, Kara finds peace in quiet nights at home.
Chris Delara
Experiential Sales Manager at Zouk Group, Chris curates events ranging from intimate to large-scale. His background includes AREA15, Clique, Wynn, and more. Originally from San Diego, he’s now a proud husband, dog dad, and soon-to-be father, bringing warmth and passion to every guest interaction.
Rowena Newell
Rowena Newell is the Sales and Event Services Manager at Zouk Group in Las Vegas. With 15 years of experience in hospitality and having lived in five different countries, she has refined her ability to understand and anticipate guests’ needs, ensuring every event is memorable and meaningful. Rowena deeply values her integrity and work ethic, knowing how important it is for her daughter to see her strive to be someone she can be proud of.

The District, including its club and restaurants, was the perfect location for NAA’s Thursday Night Party during 2025 Apartmentalize. The space easily accommodated our large event, and the Zouk Group team was great to work with. Planning the event was seamless by working solely with the Zouk Group on all of our food & beverage, entertainment/activations and branding needs. They were proactive, provided great ideas and were able to customize options to make our event successful.
