MEET CHEF JOE

ZOUK GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF

Joseph Elevado is a highly experienced chef with a passion for menu development restaurant openings and creating exciting culinary experiences. Ad zouk Group Executive Chef, Elevado is focused on cultivating memorable moments for the Zouk-operated venues at Resort World Las Vegas.

Elevado grew up in Staten Island, New York, where he was exposed to a variety of international cuisines and cultures at a young age. After attending New York Restaurant School, he worked as a master cook at Nobu New York City, where he honed his skills in classic Japanese food preparation and Asian Flavor combinations. He went on to assist with the opening of Nobu Next Door as head kitchen chef and later became executive chef at Nobu Las Vegas at Hard Rock Casino.

After almost a decade with the Nobu restaurant Group, Elevado joined PURE/ Angel Management Group, Where he opened Social House at Treasure Island and the Crystals City Center. He later consulted for the opening of two Social House sister restaurants in Mexico and worked at prestigious hotels such as L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills and Wynn Las Vegas. In 2019, Elevado and a team of culinary professionals developed Jing Restaurant, a popular off-Strip concept located in Downtown Summerlin in Las Vegas.

Elevado has developed his own unique style of cooking that reflects his extensive training and love for Asian cuisine. He believes in using the freshest ingredients and creating dishes that excite guests and leave them wanting more. With his talents and leadership skills. Elevado is excited to enhance the overall culinary lineup at Resorts World Las Vegas through the Zouk experiences.
